YOU GUYS!! I can't believe I am typing this - but I'm almost certain that our first phase of renovations is complete! We have restored every room on the first and second floors! None of the photos below are staged, and I'm okay with that. It's how we live... and is reality!

YEA! Congrats! You two have worked your butts off and totally deserve a little rest! Your house is gorgeous! Can't wait to meet that milestone with our first floor...almost there :)
